Charge from where you want
The car can support both 400 V and 800 V charging infrastructures. Using a converter that plugs into the bidirectional exterior charging port, you can power devices up to 3.6 kW even when the vehicle is turned off.
The new IONIQ 5 can make your life easier. It can charge any electric devices such as electric bicycle, scooter, camping equipment, or even a stranded EV. The charging feature is enabled by an adapter and it connects to the charging outlet. There is a second outlet underneath the 2nd-row seat for charging laptops, phones, and other devices.
